Are you expecting to get sicker and sicker as you get older? Do you feel like aging just happens without any possibility of slowing it down? Science has shown us that lifestyle factors like nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management can help fight against aging and chronic disease. As a whole, we are trying to be generally healthier but we are also getting more chronic diseases then ever before.

Nutrition is one of the most confusing lifestyle factors and it can have the biggest impact on our body. Having the right diet can prevent and even reverse chronic disease and is mandatory for overall health.

At The Sklar Center, we believe in eating whole, plant based foods that consist of mostly vegetables, lots of healthy fat and moderate protein. This style of eating has been researched and shown to lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, lose weight, heal autoimmune disease, and reduce the risk of chronic disease.

Making the change to eating whole plant based food from the traditional Standard American Diet (SAD) can seem overwhelming or impossible. But we know with a little guidance and practice you can incorporate this new way of eating into your every day life.

Joins us for our next seminar to learn more how diet can reduce your risk of chronic diseases.
