Clue:  They’re all around you.

Clue:  There are 50-100 of these in your body already.

Clue:  You may be eating some right now!

Yes, some toxins are called “obesogens,” believe it or not.  Why?  They make you fat.  They fool your body into thinking they are hormones.  Babies exposed in the womb end up weighing more at birth.

Some toxins bind to your brain cells where they disrupt important brain chemicals like serotonin.  Serotonin helps keep you calm and happy.  When it is disrupted, you have anxiety and unhappiness.

Toxins are like sludge in your engine.  They “gum up the works” so you feel tired and slowed down.  They may be a cause of your fatigue.

The first important step to freeing your body of toxins is learning where they lurk.  They are on your food in the form of pesticides.  They are in your plastic containers.  They are in your bottled water.  They are in your cosmetics, even expensive ones.  So you are eating, breathing, and absorbing them through your skin.

The next important step is removing the ones that are in your body right now.  Every adult living in an industrial country is harboring 50-100 toxic chemicals that mostly reside in fat and nerve cells.  One of the most effective ways of eliminating toxins is through a two step process called BIOTRANSFORMATION.  We have specially formulated kits and a program designed to transform and remove these harmful chemicals from your body.  You will feel lighter, happier, and more energetic.

Dancing & Cognition

Little did I know when I sent out my blog last week about taking a hip hop class for fun that there actually is scientific evidence about the value of dance in preventing cognitive decline.
