• Start 2017 Right With Kick The Sugar Challenge

It’s time to start thinking about your New Year’s resolutions/ intentions and how you can have a healthier year than the last.

In case you missed it, the team at the Sklar Center is helping you with one goal of getting sugar out of your life! We all know sugar is not the healthiest thing, but at times it is so difficult to say no. That is why the Sklar Center wants to help you detox sugar out of your life and get your body feeling its best.


The purpose of this challenge is to make you more aware of how much sugar you are actually consuming and rid it from your body for 21 days. It is also a great time to reset your taste buds so you will not crave sweets as much. Sugar can be very addicting and after the holidays, all our bodies have probably consumed more than enough. By now, our taste buds want it and our minds will tell us to eat more.  The main goal is to get rid of processed sugar, but the full challenge is to decrease the amount of all sugar in our bodies to help break the addictive cycle.
