In spite of the holiday hustle and bustle a realization tends to come over us at this time of year. We see that this is the end of one year and that another year is about to begin. A new year means new opportunities. Let’s reflect for a moment. What happened in 2013? What was good? What needs change? What do you want to see in 2014?
One of the biggest resolutions we hear for the New Year involves weight loss. Whether for health benefits or self-esteem benefits, weight loss is a top priority for many people. We are here to help with your weight loss efforts. Look for information starting in January about a variety of ways to promote healthy weight and body composition (we will explain that too).
I have developed a workbook to help you reflect on 2013 and plans for 2014. Click GETTING READY FOR 2014 to download it.
Have a healthy and happy holiday season.
